Ngoli Capital is a Zambian family office founded by the Lwatula family. We invest patient capital across mining, energy, agribusiness, real estate, private equity, public markets, and venture — concentrated by design, held by conviction.
The firm draws on more than twenty years of investment and operating experience. We work in close partnership with development finance institutions, private equity and venture firms, technology firms, and operating teams across Southern Africa.

The name
The word Ngoli carries our heritage.
Ngoli is the crested crane that walks the wetlands of our homeland; our ancestral village in northern Zambia; and the title of the custodian of its commons. The firm carries forward what came before us — vigilant, patient, and built to steward across generations.
