i.Mandate

A firm built for compounding — capital, knowledge, relationships.

Investing today & building tomorrow. SADC in geography. Multigenerational in horizon.

Ngoli Capital is a Zambian family office founded by the Lwatula family. We invest patient capital across mining, energy, agribusiness, real estate, private equity, public markets, and venture — concentrated by design, held by conviction.

We see ourselves as stewards rather than traders. We avoid what we do not understand. We move slowly when capital is the question and quickly when reputation is. We are organised to outlive the people who built it.

The firm draws on more than twenty years of investment and operating experience in mining, energy, agribusiness, real estate, and technology.

We work in close partnership with development finance institutions, private equity and venture firms, technology firms, and operating teams across Southern Africa.

The word Ngoli
carries our heritage.

prop. n. — The Village Our ancestral village in northern Zambia, of our paternal line.
title — The Headman The custodian of the village and its commons across generations.
hyp. — A Grandmother's Name The name given to our principal by his paternal grandmother—the firm carries forward what she began.
